About Us

TileMeUp came about while doom scrolling and discussing how to get more out of life, ironically!. We both came from tech and management careers and living on the electronic leash. We were busy and honestly, a little stressed. We felt like we never had enough quality time with friends and family with face-to-face time. We truly enjoyed spending time with our friends and family but wanted to explore creative ways to bring more connection to those moments.

From Dungeons & Dragons to the Mahjong Table:

We reminisced about how we used to sit in a basement with friends when we were growing up. We were playing Risk, Uno, Monopoly, Mahjong… and if we are ready to admit it… D&D. It wasn’t just about the games, it was about connecting! So we started having a weekly game of Mahjong with some of our closest friends. We had so much fun, we wanted to share that with others!

So fast forward to now! We didn’t just start a business, we started a weekly tradition with our friends and family that saved our sanity! Today, TileMeUp has become a haven for those looking to bring the joy of reconnection and an “offline” game night! We have curated high quality and high end products to provide that tactile comfort and beautify aesthetic that makes the game of Mahjong something special.
